Kreative Packaging is a United States-based company that provides custom packaging solutions, such as boxes, bags, product sleeves, inserts, dividers, stickers, and labels, to individuals and businesses globally. Products are delivered directly to customers, and orders can be placed conveniently online using a computer or smartphone.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

Users of the website must be at least 18 years of age and possess a personal bank account. Payments made from third-party accounts may require explicit authorization from the account holder. The organization reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders at its discretion.

Custom Product Orders

All of our products are custom-made, and all sales are final. Please double check your order info before you approve production because once you approve we start making it and cannot make changes or cancel it afterwards. Your approval matters, once you approve the art or design we will not be able to accept changes or cancellations. Please ensure all design, size, and color choice as well as details are accurate before completing your order and that you have the right to use any content sent. We are not liable if your content violates third-party intellectual property rights.

Production & Lead Time

The lead time comprises both production and shipping periods. The timeline commences upon customer approval of the design. Standard lead time is 8 to 10 business days; however, this duration may increase for complex or high-quantity orders. Bulk orders are typically fulfilled within the standard lead time. For expedited processing and delivery, an express option is available, offering a lead time of 5 to 7 business days, subject to order complexity and quantity. Customers are encouraged to consult customer support to confirm the estimated delivery date prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for holiday, carrier or supplier delays.

Pricing & Payment Terms

We accepts payments in USD only. The prices quoted are valid for the next 30 days. We do not permit production to start before we get our full payment; paying after you have been served is not allowed. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and most credit/debit types, and PayPal are the acceptable payment methods by KreativePackaging.com. Bank transfer and checks are not acceptable payment methods at KreativePackaging.com. When there is a delay from our third party payment gateway, KreativePackaging.com does not allow your order to start until we receive our full payment. Once your payment is confirmed, and our account is done, we start the manufacturing process. We offer a secure link for you to make payment to invoice. You should be informed that our team will not at any time ask for your credit/debit card details through an email or phone call. You are responsible for entering your payment details through the provided checkout page. KreativePackaging.com puts customer financial data secure and uses a secure method of payments.

Shipping & Delivery

Kreative Packaging ships custom products directly to customers worldwide, regardless of delivery location. Orders are delivered through established logistics companies and courier partners. Upon shipment, customers receive a tracking number to monitor their orders via the carrier’s website. Kreative Packaging is not liable for loss, damage, or other issues occurring during transit that are attributable to the carrier. Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address prior to dispatch, as address changes cannot be accommodated after shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

We support all custom orders, and our business is driven to ensure that you are satisfied with your orders. Our products are made to the exact specifications that you agree on when placing the order but sometimes errors can occur. Therefore, we guarantee on the quality of our products. We do not sell any stock items, and all our products are custom made, which is why we cannot accept returns or for you to cancel orders. Due to the unique nature of every item we sell, it is nearly impossible to process any returns. We do not refund orders, and instead, a reproduction will be done in case the product does not meet the agreed specifications, for example, in the case of design or size errors. In case of errors made by our end, a reprint will be done free of charge; however, no reprinting will be done if the delivered products are identical to the proofs that you approved for production. Orders are immediately submitted for production once we receive the final approval from the client, and therefore no cancellations or refunds can be made. We offer a replacement for products with quality issues if the defect is reported within one week of receiving the order.

Intellectual Property

All materials, images, product template designs and text on this website are owned either by Kreative Packaging or by a third party that has granted Kreative Packaging permission to use such content. Submitter of design or logo agrees and verifies that the following is true: Submitter either owns copyright in content submitted, or has express permission to use copyrighted content. Copyright: Customer grants a non-exclusive licence to Kreative Packaging to use content submitted at any time for purposes directly related to the order only.

Privacy & Data Protection

User privacy is protected. Information is collected exclusively for order processing, account management, and service quality enhancement. Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Kreative Packaging shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, errors in customer-supplied files or data, or events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters or shipping carrier delays. The maximum liability of Kreative Packaging is limited to the value of the purchased product or service.
